This role plays a vital part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and employees by partnering with Risk Management, Human Resources, and Operations.
Supervise and support a shift team of Public Safety Officers.
Collaborate with internal departments to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
Minimum three (3) years of transit operations experience.
At least one (1) year of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
Associate's degree preferred, but not required.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
