Seeking a seasonal Pool Snack Bar Manager to help create special memories for our members, while upholding the highest level of customer service. The pool season is Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The hours vary with events so a flexible schedule is necessary.

Job Requirements:

The Pool Snack Bar Manager is responsible for scheduling staff, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring a high level of customer service at the pool.

Duties include:

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, as well as country club members.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Performs various duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility.

Details:

Pool hours are 11AM to 7PM, 7 days a week. Pools season is Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This is a 40 hour/week position and begins mid-May through Early September. Hours worked may vary. The position begins at $22-$25/hr, depending on experience.
