We're seeking a reliable, skilled Service Advisor with a solid foundation in automotive repair-dealership experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants from independent shops with strong tenure and a commitment to quality work.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for express customers, assisting with service inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Recommend services and repairs based on customer needs, vehicle history, and manufacturer guidelines
• Provide accurate estimates and follow through on the completion of services
• Communicate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing concerns
• Build long-term customer relationships and foster loyalty

What You Bring:

• Sale experience in fast-paced environment. Dealership experience preferred but not required
• Experience selling maintenance products like BG or MOC or other products is preferred 
• Set and pride in your work
• Strong communication and computer literacy
• Ability to multitask and problem solve
• GM/Chevrolet experience is a plus-but not required
