If so, then the Bilingual Mental Health Therapist in our Counseling Program may be right for you.

Essential Duties:

The Bilingual Mental Health Therapist is responsible for the provision of culturally informed, effective, quality mental health treatment to Counseling Program clients. Must be able to provide treatment services to clients in Spanish.

You will work in an office in Eugene or Springfield working with clients in English and Spanish. (Remote work flexibility with telehealth services available.)

PAY, BONUS', AND BENEFITS:

  • Salary ranges from $45,000 - $55,000 annually, dependent on experience and specialty.
  • After the introductory period, good standing licensed clinicians have the opportunity to transition into a job rate agreement.
  • Full-time employees are eligible for the Looking Glass employee benefits package on the first of the month after working 60 continuous days of employment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), 401K, disability, etc.
  • Bonus and Wage Increase Opportunities:
    • Eligible for pay increase once meeting productivity expectations.
    • Clinicians may be eligible for bonuses for completing training and providing specialty care.
    • Eligible for a pay increase after completion of licensure.
    • Eligible for a pay increase after two years of employment

Qualifications:

  • In accordance with the Oregon Health Authority rule, all K-12 staff must be fully vaccinated or have an approved exemption/accommodation before beginning work.
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • One year of experience working in direct treatment with children with mental health issues, and their families
  • Ability to be certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional and the ability to have a licensure plan approved by the appropriate licensing board within six months of hire or be an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • Must be able to provide treatment in Spanish, including the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently. Experience in both English and Spanish is desirable.
